Mike Hickman – Owner
Mike was born into a family of great southern cooks. Cooking has always been a passion of his. He studied Tourism, Food and Lodging Administration at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Mike prefers to take the southern cooking style and convert into a healthier version whenever it is possible to do so.
Mike decided to branch out on his own after having been a Banquets and Catering manager for Marriott and Hilton hotels. His business philosophy is not only to deliver to the client and their guests what has been promised to them, but to exceed their expectations.
Professional servers and experienced bartenders are an important part of any event. Our staff is another area that we are definitely proud of. Our staff’s work ethic and professionalism is always wrapped in excellence. They have many years of experience in the service industry.
